What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?

Our return and refund policy accepts returns on all products within 30 days of the original purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

If you are sent an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us promptly. We will ship the correct item immediately as well as dispatch UPS/FedEx to pick up the incorrect item to be returned to us. In this case, please package the incorrect item in the original shipping box to ensure its safety.

If you ordered the wrong product, you are able to return this item (unopened, unused) and exchange it for the correct item. To do so, you must return this item at your own expense. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship the exchanged item. Shipping charges may apply when we ship the exchanged item.

If you have had an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact us. We will accept the product back within 15 days of original purchase as long as the product is in original packaging.

When shipping returns/exchanges back to Khuraira Cosmetics, please ship them in the box they were originally sent to you in, or a similar box. The returns address is: Khuraira Cosmetics USA Returns, 29 ½ Washington Street, Tenafly, NJ 07670.

Please note, original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on returns and exchanges.
