1. Prime the Eye

It’s super easy to glide glitter on your eyelids if you start with a good enough primer. Not only does the primer keep the glitter from falling onto other parts of your face, but it also reduces the production of excess oils.

After you’ve washed and moisturized the face as regular, you want to apply the primer across the eyelid.

2. Apply the Eyeshadows and Flaunt the Look
